FRM System Version 2.2.1 - 6th January 2014
At the end of 2013 FRM version 2.2.1 was released following a major restructuring of the self-registration suite and other changes across the system.

The changes in the new version include some significant changes to the self-registration:
  • A new suite of self-registration options to provide a better solution to client’s needs.
  • An optional driver/manager digital signed commitment to road safety.
  • Improvements to the instruction text throughout the process.
  • A simpler vehicle information page.
  • Navigation option in the vehicle record.
  • Adding the new fields of Division, Branch, Department and Team.

There have also been significant changes in the BackOffice section to improve the speed that the support team can deal with member’s queries.

We are looking forward to obtaining feedback from clients. All clients have now been upgraded to the new version.
